The amount of spam e-mails has been greatly reduced. The spam phone call went from 6 a day to 1 a week.

Yes, I am very satisfied that OneRep appears to find and request the removal of my personal data from online data brokers. However, these constantly appearing data brokers almost feel like they are meant to fuel your industry for data removal. My point is that I would like to see OneRep actually publish some articles about the data mining industry and help your consumers understand why it is so out of control and makes your services so valuable.

I think it’s great you have removed so many contacts but for some reason there are still problems. I am retired, 85 years old and for some reason receive what I consider porn daily through e-mail which would indicate to me somewhere my info is getting out. I do not search porn anywhere on a site and it is really irritating.

I like the way you keep up deleting references under my name. The problem is that you just delete the easy ones. I need 3 hard ones deleted. Those that posted them won't cooperate with you. When I asked you for help, you said it will cost thousands of dollars. I am 76 years old. I live off my Social Security. I do not have that money. I was elected to the prestigious 'Who's Who in America', yet it looks like I am a criminal. I have been with you for many years now, and nothing has changed. It is difficult to understand that you cannot find a way to help.

Great company and they do a fantastic job at removing personal information from these sites allowing you the to personally feel safe that all of your information is not so readily available to prying eyes. Now the one thing I would suggest is them allowing me to forward fraudulent information to authorities. I have noticed several fraudulent individuals using my phone number and similar credentials to secure apartments and other things in my area.

I found out about Onerep through the Consumer Reports website. The service was recommended and I have not been disappointed. They answer their email and it is not a copy and paste job. I am so impressed and grateful that they have limited my private information on the web.

Once things got moving, I'm finding it valuable to have this taken care of for me, although there are some I do have to follow up on. I'd wish that OneRep would add more sites to check. I'd also like it if OneRep let me know which site I actually have to complete a form or whatever myself cause the site isn't cooperating with OneRep. Other than that - I'm satisfied.
