It’s a privately owned people-search site that shares publicly available information about Florida residents. Importantly, the website can’t guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the records it provides since it’s not an official court system portal.
Florida Court Records opt-out steps
Step 1: Go to FloridaCourtRecords.us.

Step 2: Scroll all the way down to the website footer, find the “Do Not Sell/ Share My Personal Information” link, and click on it.

Step 3: On the appearing page, scroll to the name search form, enter your details, and then click “Submit.”

Step 4: Verify that you are not a robot if prompted.

Step 5: Find the record you want to remove from Florida Court Records and select it. After that, click the “Remove Data” button.

Step 6: Type your email address, then click “Submit.”

The appearing page should have an on-screen confirmation—your Florida Court Records opt-out request has been submitted.

You should also later receive an email confirming successful opt-out of your data.
