New York Court Records data removal guide

Step 1: Open NewYorkCourtRecords.us, scroll down to the footer, and follow the “Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information” link.

Step 2: Enter your name, state, and city into the opt-out form to look up your record.

Step 3: Find a record you want to remove and select it. Then, click the appearing “Remove Data” button.

Step 4: Submit the email address you use for opt-outs.
