How to remove your listing from North Carolina Court Records

Step 1: Open NorthCarolinaCourtRecords.us, scroll all the way down, and follow the “Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information” link.

Step 2: Enter your name, state, and city into the opt-out form.

Step 3: Verify you’re not a robot.

Step 4: Find a record you want to remove: check the “Select Record” column, then click the appearing “Remove Data” button.

Step 5: Submit the email address you use for opt-outs.
