How to delete your personal data from StateCourts.org

StateCourts.org functions as an online court record lookup platform, offering access to aggregated legal and case data through a commercial service.

Step 1: Navigate to StateCourts.org.

Step 2: Locate the “Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information” link in the footer and click on it.

Step 3: Look up your name and city.

Step 4: Complete the security check if prompted.

Step 5: Check the “Select Record” column next to your record.

Step 6: Click “Remove Data.”

Step 7: Submit your email if you want to receive a removal confirmation later.
