How to opt out of CourtRecords.us

CourtRecords.us provides access to public court records and personal information of U.S. citizens. However, it’s not an official government website, nor is it affiliated with any agency. It’s simply a data broker that aggregates information and compiles it into personal (so-called background) reports.

CourtRecords.us opt-out steps

Step 1: Open the “Your Privacy Choices” page. Scroll down a bit to the opt-out form, enter your info, and click “Submit.”

Step 2: Slide the bar confirming you’re not a robot if prompted.

Step 3: Select a matching record, then click the removal button.

Step 4: Submit the email address you use for opt-out requests.
