Step 1: Access the “Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information” page. Here, you need to look up the record to remove: enter your first name, last name, city, and state. Click “Submit.”

Step 2: When the search results load, find a matching one. Select it and click the removal button.

Step 3: Submit the email address you use for data removal requests to receive a confirmation email.
