How to remove your data from Truthed

Step 1: Open Truthed’s opt-out page. Enter your personal details and click “Search records.”

Step 2: Submit the email address you use to opt out of data brokers.

Step 3: Open an email from Truthed and click the verification button.

Step 4: Find your record among the results and click the removal button.

Step 5: Click “Submit & Remove” to complete your request.

We recommend going back to Truthed in a week and searching for your record to make sure it’s been deleted.
