Step 1: Go to MichiganCourtRecords.us. Scroll all the way down and click the “Do Not Sell / Share My Personal Information” link.

Step 2: Look yourself up in the “Personal Information Opt-Out Requests” form.

Step 3: If prompted, verify you’re not a robot.

Step 4: Check the search results to find a matching record. Select it and click “Remove data.”

Step 5: Submit the email address you use for opt-outs. We recommend having a separate email that doesn’t disclose your personal details for sending data removal requests.
